For the rank which you have got seats were alloted in general category.

And the courses were 

MD(phsiolophy),(forensic medicine),(preventive and social medicine),(microbiology),(pharmacology),(bio chemistry) these were AIQ seats 

And in MNG quota general medicine,genral surgery etc were given.

change of revised cut off dis year in 2019 pg neet coz last yr 45 marks are revised and in 2017 20 marks are revised what possibilities ?

The situation of revision in the cutoff arise when enough number of candidates do not qualify the exam as compared to the number of seats available.
It would be difficult to say about the revised cutoff as of now.

Hello, congratulations on your NEET PG Rank! It will be difficult to get clinical seat in TN or Karnataka in GOVT college with your rank but you can try applying in private medical colleges or deemed universities and give into 2nd round counselling and try.
