Considering that your rank is 4959, which is very good you seem to have a very fair chance opthalmology seat in a good college under the  50% all India quota. You have even better chances if you have an institutional preference quota or the under the state quota

The score you have obtained has very less or no chances to get you a merit seat in any college. Besides that i would suggest you not to look forward for MBBS and BDS courses as they have very limited seats and need a very high rank. We
