You will be considered as a OC student and be alloted seat accordingly as a OC student.
But no reservation will be applicable for you same as a OC student.

Yes, NEET PG 2019 has negative marking . According to the curriculum of 2019 , Scheme of examination goes like this-
"NEGATIVE MARKING - there shall be 25% nagative marking for incorrect answers and no marks will be deducted for unattempted answers "

LAST YEAR THE CUT OFF RANK WAS 6000 TO 8OOO BUT THIS YEAR THEY REDUCES THEIR INTAKE (150 TO 60). SO THIS YEAR ONE SHOULD BE IN BETWEEN 1.5 K TO 2.5 K THEN THAT PERSON GET SEAT IN THIS COLLEGE.
