If you have recirece an admit card regardless of the mistakes, then there is no way that your entry will be rejected. Once you recieve an admit card, you can appear the examination without fear.

Yes, NEET PG 2019 has negative marking . According to the curriculum of 2019 , Scheme of examination goes like this- 

"NEGATIVE MARKING - there shall be 25% nagative marking for incorrect answers and no marks will be deducted for unattempted answers "
