Predicting safe scores is difficult as cut offs vary every year depending on a lot of factors like number of candidates writing the exam and difficulty level of paper. 
Still, looking at the previous years cut off might give you an idea of the safe score you need

I think you have only registered by filling the neet pg application form but not paid the exam fees then the registration is incomplete even if you have username and password details. Check your mail as soon after completion of the application process you will get a confirmation mail. Otherwise

i am very sorry to tell you that u r not having any alternative before the NEET is complusory there are some of private exams like COMED K and JIPMER and so on 

but now there is no alternative for applying the NEET P G other than NEET

Officially there is no any exact information regarding the number of aspirant of NEET PG 2019 now.

since the registration for the exams are still open we cannot predict the number now  we need to wait.

In case if the photo is found invalid by the authorities you will be asked by them to change it and upload a new photograph.

If you don't get any request for changing it then it is totally fine.
