Management seats are the seats reserved for the students who could not qualify the admission like other students but can pay almost double the fees to get into the college.Basically those students who get direct admission are through the management seats.

As per the eligibility criteria, a candidate must have studied in government or government recognized educational institutes in the State of Karnataka for a minimum 7 years to be eligible for the quota.
No, he/she must be passed out from a medical college recognized by MCI. If the college is not recognized by MCI then they will not be eligible to apply for NEET PG. So students taking MBBS seat should be careful before joining the corresponding medical college. Also, you can check

CMC Vellore PG exam will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) as per the syllabus prescribed by the examination authority. CBT will be of 2 type’s i.e. general and special paper. A General paper will consists of multiple choice questions from all subjects taught in at the MBBS level.
