No, you cannot get MD Physiology in AIIMs through the NEET PG entrance exam. As for admission in any of the AIIMS institutes for PG you would be required to take the AIIMS entrance as the selection and admission is based on your rank and score in this

Hey Divya,

Nothing will change. The students who appear in Jan will also appear in June.

But i think scoring in Jan's will be more easy than June because serious students will give their exam in June for better marks.

Cutoff varies every year but for idea for Delhi college you can check previous year allotment list by visiting website mcc.nic.in.
