    You can apply for private colleges. However, chances are not much even then for selection. Please note that your category won't matter as there are no reservations in private colleges.

    Chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Private Colleges.

    Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get a seat in any medical college as your marks are quite low but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical college.i hope this information helps you.
