Because neet pg 2018 is already completed. Now you have to wait till Jan-2019 for neet pg exam.

It depends upon a lot of factors viz. number of students who scored highest marks, difficulty level of the question paper, and number of students who appeared for the exam. Nothing can be said with surety till the NEET 2018 result is declared. Hope for the best. I think there
