No, There is no negative marking in AIBTCET. If you mark more than one answer also, they wont give any marks. Only correct answers will be given marks and the rest will not be given any marks.

1. MBBS/BDS pass certificate
2.  Internship certificate by 31st March of the exam appearing year 
3. MCI registration certificate or provisional certificate
