So, if you want do your Pg from Us or uk. You need to give their respective exams.
You have to pass the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) with the required score
You need to have the required scores in any accepted English proficiency

Earlier while speaking to a leading portal, NTA Director-General, Vineet Joshi had stated that NEET Exam 2021 will not be postponed. There is no direct clash of NEET with other exams, thus the medical exam will be held as scheduled next month

You can apply under OBC non creamy layer quota if you have valid certificate. nearly 1500 OBC students in mbbs and 2500 OBC students in postgraduate program are benefited  under reservation.there is 27% reservation for obc under AIQ quota.

is obc(ncl)certificate dated December 2020 valid for neet pg 2021??? I mean is it valid for 3yrs or renewal is needed as counseling has been postponed

Dear aspirant,

Your obc certificate is valid upto 1 year. As you said your certificate is dated in December 2020 so its valid till 31st of March 2021 . You need to make a new certificate for the current year.
