I want to inform that PG rank of 90000 it's not possible to get a clinical seat either from state quota or all india quota either in government or private medical college.
Now talking about non-clinical seats there is quite less chance but yes there is chance getting

Bond to be executed compels you to serve government for one year in case of medical graduate and 2 years in case of post graduate.
