Hi dear candidate,

To get admission in any government college, you need at least 550 or above marks in NEET UG exam. At the score between 250 - 300 it is tough to get MBBS colleges, you can get colleges for less competitive courses like BAMS, BHMS.

With 239 marks in NEET 2025, getting an MBBS or BDS seat in a government college is unlikely, especially in the general category. However, you may have chances for BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or B.Sc. Nursing in private colleges, especially under management quota or in states with lower cutoffs.

Getting a seat at GMC through usuall requires 650+ marks in NEET. But it depends on the state and the competitions. So the expectations are less. Getting a Government Collage needs 650+ scores.
