Answering to your question, The eligibility criteria for NEET require candidates to meet the following qualifying marks in the 12th board exams:
1. Candidates in the UR category must have secured a minimum of 50% in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB)

If tou have completed your schooling and class xii then you must have domicile of Gujarat and sc certificate from Gujarat. Your form in neet may be rejected due to this reason.

If you posses lingual minority certificate then you must havd uploaded it at the time of neet registration form. Now if you have not uploaded it at the time of neet registration , you can carry this certificate at the time of counseling , not sure but you
