No, it won't cause any problem as you will be a fresh applicant for this year. If you have all the documents related to category then you can apply for the same as it will be again verified at the time of counselling.

Marks is being considered for the eligibility part. It does not have any role in counselling, but to become eligible in NEET exam you need to score 50% in Class 12th which includes both theory and practical as per the guidelines issued by NTA.

If you are willing to take admission in veterinary college without appearing NEET then the eligibility is that the student must have passed 10+2 with 50% in PCB and the duration of the course is 5years.
