No, Arts students or candidates who have pursued Humanities in class 12th are not eligible to appear for NEET. Since the main ubjects tested in NEET are Physics, Chemistry and Biology, candidates must have sufficient knowledge and the stream must be PCM in 12th. You cannot even give NEET

In neet application form , it is asked about your mother's qualification. Even though she has not cleared her class x , she has appeared for class x exams and studied class x so you can write her qualification as SSC , you won't have to present her
