With 150+ marks in NEET, getting a government MBBS or BDS seat is very unlikely.

You can consider these options:

private medical colleges with lower fees through counselling,
AYUSH courses like BAMS or BHMS,
B.Sc Nursing or allied health courses,
or prepare seriously and attempt NEET again
