Polytechnic College offers diploma courses after Class 10 or 12 in technical subjects like mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.
Where as Engineering College provides full B.Tech/B.E. degrees, usually after clearing entrance exams like JEE, CET, or state-level tests.

With 370 marks in NEET and in the SC category, you have a decent possibility to get an MBBS seat in private medical college in the convener quota especially in states as Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, or Karnataka, where the cutoff for private colleges in SC category
