हरियाणा का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए।
आकांक्षी की आयु 31 दिसंबर 2024 तक कम से कम 17 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से कक्षा 12 या इसके समकक्ष परीक्षा भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान, जीवविज्ञान/जैव प्रौद्योगिकी और अंग्रेजी कोर विषयों के साथ उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए।
छात्रों का उपर्युक्त विषयों में अलग-अलग उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है और सामान्य वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों के इनमें कम से कम कुल 50% अंक होने चाहिए। आरक्षित वर्ग के आवेदकों के लिए सभी विषयों में 40% और पीडब्ल्यूडी श्रेणी के लिए 45% कुल न्यूनतम अंक की सीमा रखी गई है।
उम्मीदवारों को राष्ट्रीय पात्रता सह प्रवेश परीक्षा (NEET) में सफल होना चाहिए।

Hello so in my previous question I didn't mention all the details so, I passed class 10th from CBSE in 2023 i recently got my parents name updated on my class 10th marksheet but forgot to get them updated in improvement exam marksheet (i scored less marks due to some problems) so do I have to attach my second marksheet in Neet form filling 2025, will i face any problem
