Goa MBBS Counselling 2017 will be conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa State. Admissions to MBBS and BDS courses will be based on NEET UG 2017 scores. Eligibility list and Goa MBBS 2017 Merit List will be displayed on July 11. First round of admission will be held on July 14. An additional round is scheduled for August 10. All candidates desirous of seeking admissions to professional degree courses in MBBS and BDS in the colleges within the State of Goa, must have appeared and have a valid score in NEET 2017.
Who can participate in Goa MBBS Counselling 2017?
Applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (standard XII) examination of Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with English and secured not less than 50% marks in the aggregate of subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together. (40% for the applicants belonging to SC, ST and OBC only and 45% for applicants belonging to PH category for MBBS and BDS Course).

Candidates are required toattach self-attested xerox copies of the certificates in following order-
1.Photograph on the form
2. Statement of marks/certificate/provisional certificate of passing HSSC
3. Copy of NEET UG-2017 result
4. Certificate in support of residence
5. Documents for relaxation in the period of residence, if any
6. Certificate for reserved category claimed
7. Certificate of date of birth
8. School/college leaving certificate
9. Eligibility certificate from Goa University (for applicants other than Goa Board)
10. Income certificate (if applicable)
11. Copy of Aadhar Card
12. Acknowledgment card with photograph
13. Candidate copy of GCET Admit Card
14. Copy of NEET Examination Admit Card
Important: According to Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India regulations, seats for MBBS and BDS courses reserved for PH category (3%) have to filled up by candidates having locomotory disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% and unfilled seats from this quota on account of unavailability of candidates with locomotary disability of lower limbs, between 50% to 70%, shall be filled up by those having locomotary disability of lower limbs between 40% to 50%.
