The result of DNB PDCET 2022 has been declared for 14 different specialities, which mentions participant ID, scores obtained (out of 480), and merit rank. To check the DNB PDCET 2022 result, candidates must download the PDF of their specialization and use their roll number to check for their merit position.
DNB PDCET was conducted on July 24, 2022. Candidates are ranked in order of their PDCET scores out of 480 secured by them in the entrance exam. It must also be noted that the result of DNB PDCET will be valid for one year only, which means it is restricted to the admission session for which the candidates appeared.
DNB PDCET is conducted for 14 specialities which are DGO, DMRD, DMRT, DORTHO, DOMS, DLO, DA, DVD, DPM, DCH, DNM, DTCD, DPMR, and DCP. Through the entrance exam, a total of 1073 seats will be offered in 597 hospitals across India. Qualified candidates will be able to participate in the centralised counselling for admissions to DNB secondary seats at NBE accredited Institutions/ hospitals/ medical colleges on the basis of their merit declared in the DNB PDCET 2022 result. DNB PDCET Result 2022 - Marking scheme
Aspirants can check the marking scheme for DNB PDCET 2022 result below:
4 marks are awarded for every correct answer
1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer
Note: On the basis of the score obtained in the examination, candidates are allotted ranks in the result of DNB PDCET. Candidates must note that the allotment of ranks is in decreasing order of marks. However, in case two or more candidates secure the same marks, then the tie-breaker criteria for DNB PDCET result 2022 as set by the authorities will apply.
DNB PDCET 2022 Result -Tie Breaker Criteria
In case two or more candidates obtain the same scores, the authorities will apply the tie-breaking criteria. The criteria are determined in descending order of applications till a unique inter-se-merit is determined. The guidelines are:

Tie Breaker I | Aspirants with more correct responses shall be placed at a higher position. |
Tie Breaker II | If the inter-se-merit is still unresolved, the date of birth will be considered and the older candidates placed at a higher position. |
DNB PDCET Cutoff 2022
DNB PDCET 2022 cutoff is the minimum qualifying marks, that a candidate is required to secure in order to qualify for counsellings and then admissions. This will be made available on this page as soon as the official declares the same.
DNB PDCET Counselling 2022
The authorities will conduct centralised counselling for DNB PDCET 2022 in four rounds. The first three rounds for counselling of DNB PDCET will be held in online mode. However, the final round of DNB PDCET counselling 2022 will be an offline (in-person) round. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of inter-se-merit obtained in DNB PDCET 2022 result. The authorities will not allow such candidates to take part in the counselling process for a time equal to the duration of the course, who reject the seat allotted to them or do not pay the fee or do not report for the in-person round of counselling (if applicable).

National board of examination that is NBE is the conducting authority of the examination of diplomat national board post diploma centralised entrance test. This exam is of 200 multiple choice question which covers all the divisions up MBBS and the standard of examination is equivalent to MBBS final ( exit) examination. Examination paper is divided into 8 sections that consists of overall 25 questions. For gynaecology and obstetrics section carries 25 questions and 120 marks.
Each question carries full marks for positive answer and one marks is deducted for negative answer.
