The National Board of Examinations (NBE) releases the FMGE paper pattern for foreign national candidates who want to practice medicine in India. The FMGE exam pattern 2024 contains details regarding the number and type of questions, mode of the exam, duration and other important details. As per the latest FMGE exam pattern 2024 by NBE, the exam consists of one paper, comprising 300 multiple-choice questions. The FMGE question pattern has 4 responses for each question in the English language only. Candidates are required to select the 1 correct answer out of the 4 response options provided as per the FMGE paper pattern.

According to the FMGE exam pattern 2024, two sections are asked in the exam - Part A and B. FMGE exam timing gives a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete each part. Also, a scheduled break is given between the two parts. As per the FMGE marks distribution, for every correct answer, one mark is given, with no negative marking. To pass the FMGE exam, candidates need to secure at least 150 FMGE exam marks out of FMGE total marks 300. The FMGE exam total marks are 300. As per the FMGE exam pattern 2024, 300 questions are asked in the exam. The FMGE marks distribution has set +1 marks for each correct answer. This makes FMGE exam marks as 300. Out of 300 FMGE total marks, candidates need to obtain 150 marks to qualify for the exam. The FMGE qualifying marks 2024 are 150 for all candidates, irrespective of their category.

What is FMGE 2024 Practice Test (June Session)

NBE is responsible for conducting the FMGE 2024 mock test. The primary objective of conducting the demo test of FMGE 2024 is to assist the medical graduates with the body/structure of the exam. If you're facing difficulties applying for exams due to your 12th certificate being from the Urdu board, you may need to contact the exam conducting authority or the institution you're applying to for further assistance. Do not worry if you have class xii certificate from Urdu board . Urdu board is recognised by Indian government .

Also if you have completed your medical course or  mbbs from abroad then you will be eligible for fmge if you fulfill all other criteria.

Candidates who have completed their meducal degree fromAustrslia, Canada, Newzealand, United states and United kingdom are not required to appear for fmge.

The National Board Of Examination in medical Sciences conducts fmge for the candidates who have completed their primary medical study from abroad and wish to do medical  practice in India,  every year in wo sessions December and June.

Fmge exam is conducted through online mode .

Fees for the exam is 7080

Duration ov exam will be 150 minutes for part A and 150 minutes for part B.
