FMGE Exam Pattern 2020 - National Board of Examinations (NBE) will release the FMGE 2020 exam pattern along with information brochure tentatively in the third week of April. The exam patterns of FMGE will be released to familiarise medical graduates with the types of questions, the structure of questions asked, marking scheme and that really helps aspirants to build a solid exam strategy. FMGE is a licensure examination which is conducted in a computer-based mode biannually in June and December. All Medical graduates who have completed their MBBS from a foreign medical institute must have to appear for FMGE 2020 in order to get enrolled in the national or state register to do their further medicine practice in India.

As per the FMGE exam pattern 2020 for June session, there will be 300 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) which will be divided into two parts - Part A and Part B. The time duration of each part will be 150 minutes and there will be a scheduled break in between the two parts. The exam will be conducted on a single day in two shifts ie., in the morning and evening shift. It is mandatory for aspirants to appear for both the papers, as mentioned in the exam pattern of FMGE 2020. Applicants will have to report at the 'reporting counter' at 7:00 AM for Part one and 12:00 PM for the second part of FMGE 2020. The gates at the examination center will close 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the exam as per the NBE guidelines. Candidates who fail to report at the examination center on time will not be allowed to appear for the FMGE examination.

NBE is the authority responsible for conducting the FMGE 2020 mock test for the aspiring candidates of the June session. The main motive of the authority to conduct the demo test of FMGE 2020 is to guide medical graduates about the body/structure of the exam. It is very beneficial for the applicants to understand the format of FMGE, computer based exam. The facility of FMGE practice test 2020 will be freely available for all. Joel, unfortunately we do not have preparation material for FMGE. At this point in time, we only have it for NEET which is the entrance exam for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses. But that might not help you as you have already completed your MBBS.

1. candidates must be an indian citizen
2. must process the primary medical qualifications and necessary documents from the issuing country where he/she completed the mbbs course confirmed by indian embassy.
3. candidates must obtained the "Eligibility Certificate' from the Medical Council of India (applicable only in respect to students who took admission abroad on or after 15.03.2002).
4. The relevant documents for support of the passing of the final examination must be submitted by applicants. unless candidature will be cancelled.
5. Candidates who have completed their ug and pg medical degrees from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States of America need not appear for FMGE 2020 June session.
