Applicants should have passed the final exam for a postgraduate diploma from a recognized Indian university.
Candidates must possess proof of having passed/ passing the postgraduate diploma final examination on or before May 31, 2026.
Aspirants must have been registered with the Medical Council of India or respective state medical council.
Candidates who have not qualified PG Diploma exit examination or and getting their results after February 28, 2026 the candidature shall be cancelled and the candidate shall be declared as ineligible.
Candidates already pursuing an MD/MS/DNB course are NOT eligible to appear for the DNB-PDCET 2026 exam.

After visiting the page, click on 'New Registration’
Upon directing to the registration form page of DNB PDCET 2026, enter details such as name, Date of Birth, gender, nationality, mobile number, email address and captcha code.
After filling the asked details, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
After submitting the details, candidates receive a User ID and password on the registered email address, which must be retained until the end of the registration process.

In the third step of DNB PDCET 2026, candidates are required to upload the scanned documents as per the specifications prescribed by NBE. The names of the scanned documents along with the specifications are mentioned in the table below.

In the third step, candidates are required to select the test city in which she/he wants to sit for the exam. It is to be noted that the allocation of the seat in a test city is done on a first come first serve basis. Check the list of test cities in the table below.

To be able to successfully submit the application form, it is important for candidates to submit the examination fee which is Rs 4250 without tax. The application fee of DNB PDCET 2026 can only be paid in online mode using a Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. After submitting the required amount, candidates are advised to take a printout of the acknowledgment slip.
Step 6- Print out of the filled DNB PDCET application form 2026
After filling all the details, candidates have to take two to three printouts of the duly filled DNB PDCET 2026 application form for future reference. Please note that it is important for candidates to retain the printout of the application form since it is required in the DNB PDCET counselling 2026.
After the conclusion of the registration process, the authorities open the correction window facility for DNB PDCET 2026 candidates at nbe.edu.in. The correction/edit window helps candidates to rectify information filled in the application form. Aspirants must know that the DNB PDCET 2026 correction window is only available for a specific period of time. Usually every year cutoff was under 500 rank for DNB CET in all specialisation you have high chance to get admission in DNB obgy but ot is not sure which location you may get as the city you mentioned is full early than other less popular Cities.
However The cutoff marks are also different for different institutes. The cutoff marks for institutes located in metros are usually higher than the cutoff marks for institutes located in rural areas.

Dear applicant although it is somewhat difficult for you to get DNB Obstetrics or Gynecology but yes since your are from OBC Category you have moderate possibilities of getting admissions.
