To participate in the DNB PDCET counselling 2026, candidates need to register themselves on the NBE Portal. Candidates are required to create a password using the link provided on the home page of DNB PDCET 2026 counselling.
In order to successfully create a password, candidates are required to enter either their mobile number or DNB PDCET roll no/email ID. By clicking on ‘creating a password’, candidates will receive an OPT (One Time Password) on the provided mobile number/email ID. Candidates are advised to retain the password for future preferences. After the password is created, aspirants need to login in order to complete their registration process.
After the log in, candidates have to pay Rs. 2500 as the counselling fee in online mode through credit/debit cards and net banking. After the successful fee payment, candidates have to fill the counselling form. Candidates are required to edit and fill their personal details carefully while registering for counselling. Candidates also need to upload the required documents during this registration process, which are mentioned below.

After the registration, aspirants are required to fill and lock their choice of college in the provided time.
For filling the choices, candidates has to select State -> Hospital -> Add choice. Candidates can fill any number of choices during the process and has to arrange the selected choices in order of preference. Candidates can move their choices up and down and can remove the chosen option by clicking on the remove button. It is to be noted that choices filled by the candidates should be locked as well. In case, the choices left unlocked before the given time, the filled choices will be locked automatically.

After the choice filling and locking by the aspirants, the authority will release a mock allotment list with the names of the candidates along with their ranks, filled choices as well the total number of seats. By looking at the mock list, candidates have the advantage to reconsider their filled choices and edit them accordingly.
Eligible candidates are required to fill out their choice of colleges after submitting the counselling fee.
Candidates will be allowed to select and arrange the choices of seats according to their preference and can select as many choices as they want. However, It is advisable not to fill the choices if they are not interested. As, if a seat is allotted to such candidate and the candidate fails to pay the course fee, then they will be considered ineligible for a further round including the last round.
A confirmation is required at the counselling website by the SC, ST and OBC as well as the special category candidates to confirm their category. If such candidates fail to do so, then they will be counted as the General category.

Candidates who fail to pay the counselling fee and fill the choices will be filtered out from the DNB PDCET 2026 counselling process.
The seat will be allotted in the order of merit, availability of seats and the choices filled by the candidates during the registration process.

Candidates who have not been allotted seats in the first three rounds will be considered the fourth round i.e. the final round of DNB PDCET Counselling 2026.
The fourth round will be offline and will be held in the given venue and time.

Dear applicant although it is somewhat difficult for you to get DNB Obstetrics or Gynecology but yes since your are from OBC Category you have moderate possibilities of getting admissions.
