HP MBBS Application Form 2019 - Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla has released the application form of HP BDS 2019 for second mop-up round on August 23. The link to download HP NEET 2019 application form for mop-up two is available on this page. The second mop-up round counselling will be conducted on September 8, 2019. The copy of filled in application form along with the NEET UG result must be send to the arentrancetests@gmail.com on or before the last date. Only the aspirants who have fulfilled the certain eligibility criteria are eligible to participate for HP MBBS online registration 2019. It is also important to appear and qualify in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) to be eligible for HP MBBS admission 2019. Only the eligible domicile aspirants must fill the application form within June 29 for admission to around 660 MBBS and 191 BDS seats offered by government and private colleges. The authority earlier released the application form of HP MBBS 2019 of first mop-up round on August 4.

In order to start the HP MBBS/BDS registration, aspirants need to click on MBBS/BDS option available under entrance cell. The declaration page will appear on the screen mentioning that all the details filled are correct. While filling HP MBBS application form 2019, aspirants must register themselves to appear for medical and dental admissions. Aspirants willing to fill the application form of HP MBBS 2019 must be a citizen of India.
Students must be of minimum 17 years old as on December 31, 2019.
It is important to be a domicile of Himachal Pradesh in order to be eligible for HP MBBS/BDS admission 2019.
For the management quota seats, students outside of HP can also apply.
The bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh whose parents are shifted outside the state for All India Services can apply for the medical and dental admissions.
Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English from recognised board of Central/State government. Candidates passing the qualifying examination from NIOS can also apply for the HP MBBS admissions.
General category aspirants must secure at least 50% in Class 12 or equivalent examination taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English, while SC/ST/OBC aspirants must secure 40%

Step 1: Online Registration

Step 3: Uploading of images and documents
Once all the relevant details are submitted in the HP MBBS application form 2019, candidates have to upload their passport size photograph and signature as per the specification specified by the authority. The size of photograph and signature should not be more than 100 kb. Also, NEET UG result 2019 should be uploaded in PDF format and must not be more than 2 MB in size.
Step 4: Payment of HP MBBS application fee 2019
In the final step towards the submission of HP MBBS 2019 application form, applicants have to pay the registration fees. You have mentioned that you are from OBC category and have OBC NCL certificate. You can fill the NEET application form with either of the two OBC / UR. You have the OBC Non Creamy Layer certificate so you can fill OBC option to avail the benefits of this category. It doesn't matter much if you have the certificate of OBC NCL because lastly you have to show the certificate only as a document of proof.
