The NTA has declared the result of NEET 2025 on June 14, 2025 at neet.nta.nic.in. Along with the result, the NTA has also declared the list of NEET 2025 toppers with their All India Rank. As per the NEET 2025 scorecard, the NEET highest score 2025 is 686 marks by Mahesh Kumar, followed by Utkarsh Awadhiya, who has scored 682 marks. Yes , the NEST exam is generally considered tougher than NEET as it requires more focus towards conceptual understanding and thinking , while NEET generally tests NCERT based knowledge where as in NEST it requires you to have deeper clarity in Physics , Chemistry , Biology and Mathematics.
