The NEET UG 2025 scorecard is available for download on the official NTA website, neet.nta.nic.in, in online mode. Candidates must use their login credentials to access their individual scorecards. Below is a step-by-step guide to downloading the scorecard:
Go to the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.
On the homepage, find the link for “NEET UG 2025 Result” or “Download NEET Scorecard” under the candidate activity section.
Enter login credentials such as the NEET 2025 application number, Date of Birth or Password, and the security PIN provided on the login page.
Click the “Submit” button to view the NEET scorecard.
The scorecard of NEET 2025 will appear on the screen in PDF format. Download it by clicking the “Download” or “Print” icon and save it for future reference.

The NEET UG 2025 scorecard is a comprehensive document that provides candidates with essential information about their performance in the exam. The following details are included in the NEET scorecard:
Candidate Information: Name, roll number, application number, date of birth, gender, nationality, category, and sub-category.
Subject-Wise Scores: Marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology) out of 180 marks each.
Total Marks: Total score out of 720.
Percentile Scores: Subject-wise and overall percentile scores, indicating the candidate’s performance relative to other test-takers.
All India Rank (AIR): The candidate’s rank among all NEET 2025 participants.
Category Rank: Rank within the candidate’s category (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, etc.).
Qualifying Status: Indicates whether the candidate has met the NEET cutoff marks to qualify for counselling.
Cutoff Marks: Category-wise qualifying cutoff marks for NEET 2025.
15% All India Quota (AIQ) Rank: Rank for candidates eligible for AIQ counselling, applicable to 15% of seats in government medical colleges.
As the NEET UG 2025 scorecard is released, qualified candidates must prepare for the counselling process, which generally begins in the fourth week of July or the first week of August. The NEET counselling process is divided into two categories:
Conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 15% of seats in government medical colleges and all seats in central and deemed universities. Candidates must register on the MCC website, fill in their college preferences, and participate in multiple rounds of seat allotment.
Managed by respective state authorities for 85% of seats in government colleges and private colleges within the state. Candidates should check state-specific counselling websites for registration and schedules.
