NEET exam is not a mandatory entrance examination for BASLP Admission. Admission to the BASLP course is done mainly through entrance examinations. However some colleges provide admission to the BASLP course on the basis of merit list created from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (12th or equivalent).

However, in my opinion, if you are planning to join an M.Tech then it's not a good idea as you already have a post graduation degree in MCA.
