You have not mentioned the course in which you want to get admission but you have AIIMS MBBS so I am guessing that you are interested in getting admission in MBBS .
Actually, AIIMS MBBS entrance examination have been scrapped of and since 2020 admission in AIIMS for MBBS
Since you are already a staff nurse, it is better for you to apply for AIIMS staff nurse as it will help you to grow in your professional space and as an individual. Even if you manage to crack NEET, you will have to start your education for MBBS
