You may copy these links and search for them. The date of exam for BSc is 14th June while for MSc. is 27th June. The basic registration began

From last year the AIIMS AND JIPMER exams are scrapped and in place of that only single exam, NEET, is conducted for admission into all medical colleges of India.
So no you don't have you register separately for the JIPMER admission. You just need to register for the NEET
