In this year 2020, for the first time, AIIMS MBBS exam replaced by NEET exam. They are going to start the council based on NEET exam's cutoff marks. Still, NTA or National Testing Agency does not declare the cutoff marks for this year till now. According to 2019,AIIMS

Vasu, Jammu and Kashmir doesn't participate in All India Counselling and so if you do not hold the domicile of this State, you cannot take admission in Medical Colleges of Jammu and Kashmir. And similarly if you belong to Jammu and Kashmir, you cannot participate in All India Counselling. And
