AIIMS is no longer a seperate exam for Medical Aspirants. The admission to all the AIIMS institutes are provided through NEET only. NEET is going to happen on September 2020 and then, the NEET 2021 registration will be started by NTA.

As aiims is a central government funded institute no seats in AIIMS are reserved for the students of the particular state.
So canditates throughout the country are eligible for AIIMS mbbs seats through NEET.
The only eligibilty criteria is a atleast 60%(Gen)  and 50%(other categories) in PCBE in 12th

Cutoff is hard to say. you hold a good chance if your 12th percentage is above 70. Cutoff might be bit lower for current year depending on student performance and application strength. Here are some college names for suggestion:-

1. Mumbai University
2. Kohinoor college of paramedical  science kurla
3. PVP mumbai

Anshuman,first of all NEET is of 720 marks in total.And for a general category student,you'll have to score over 680+ for AIIMS Delhi & 650+ for AIIMS of other cities in the country.You can get into colleges like Maulana Azad if your score is 650+ .So,I think that's the answer
