AIIMS  M .B.B.S qualification candidates must have passed class 12th examination or equivalent form any recognized board physics,chemistry,biology and english must be main subjects in class 12th examination.A minimum score of 60% for General Category and O.B.C,50% for SC/ST.

I have done my basic registration for aiims pg July 2020 session and it was accepted but I havent generated unique code for that session so do I need to fill basic registration form again for November aiims pg 2020 session?

You needn't fill a new application again for November session. The July session application form is good. You only need to generate the RUC code during the Generation code time period.
