The last date to fill AIIMS form is First week of January 2020*, for basic registration. Corrections will be accepted till 3rd week of January 2020, and the final date will be in the last week of January. In Third week of February to last week of March

Well I would like to tell you that you being a American citizen has to apply under international quota for admission in medical colleges. Getting admission in government ones are quite difficult because the seats are way too less for admission.
