Yes. AIIMS and JIPMER will not conduct their own examination this from 2020. It is included in NEET . So the marks for NEET will be under consideration for admission in AIIMS.

AIIMS exam 2020 has been replaced by NEET 2020. Now colleges will be alloted on the basis of NEET only. And AIIMS entrance will also be decided on the basis of cut off marks in NEET. Tje admission in MBBS in AIIMS and JIPMER will be through NEET only.
