Since , there will be no more aiims ug now  and admission in aiims will be on the basis of neet , so now students need to check their eligibility for neet exam , to be eligible for Neet, candidates  need to have completed  10+2 or equivalent

Dear Sucherita, now NEET will be the only entrance exam even for admission to AIIMS and JIPMER, . The general exam pattern will continue. NEET will have 180 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. 45 questions each from Physics and Chemistry and 90 questions each from Biology. here is the

yes this is true that frim now on onwards aiims and jipmer has been merged with neet and there will be single entrance exam for medicine and that is neet exam.

This year in AIIMS MBBS 2019 the cutoff was as per follows-

  • For general- 50%- percentile- 98.1246748
  • Unreserved (pwbd)-45%-95.2939507
  • OBC(ncl)-95.2939507
  • Obc(ncl)(pwbd)- 40%-90.2036135
  • SC/ST- 40%- 90.2036135
  • SC/ST(PWBD)- 35%- 82.2825521

Dear Lakshmi, yes. One Basic registration is technically good. Next time you try to appear for AIIMS wntrance examination, you can use the same Basic Registration credentials and just complete the Final Registration process. The payment has to be made again but basic registration once done is good.

Dear Babli, to be eligible for AIIMS MBBS, if you belong to OBC Category, you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in your 10+2. .  If you haven't secured 60%, unfortunately you are not eligible for AIIMS but you can appear for

Dear Sahib, AIIMS MBBS basic registration process hasn't started yet. The  portal will open sometime in December for MBBS Basic Registration. But the basic registration portal for all Post Graduate courses is the same. So if you have completed your Basic Registration, you are good to go.

Dear Suman, Bihar Board Open Schooling is a valid and recognised Educational body. It is recognised by the State Government of Bihar and students from Open schools are also eligible for appearing in AIIMS as long as they fulfill the age criteria and academic aggregate. You should be atleast 17

From 2020-2021 session onwards, there shall be only one entrance exam for admission to MBBS course and that is NEET

Earlier, AIIMS and JIPMER used to conduct their own entrance test which no longer will take place now.
