Soubhagya, AIIMS will no more conduct its own entrance exam for admission to Delhi and all other branches. You have to appear for NEET. Starting from today you have 157 days until NEET which has approximately 22 weeks. So you will have to practise atleast 1 mock test a week

Yes, Transfer and migration certificates (from last university attendance) are mandatory for JIPMER PG Counselling. As per the rules:-

•Candidates will be permitted to attend the counseling only after the verification  of biometrics, photo and certificates.
