The above mentioned books are very good for the preparation. Most of the students prefers those books These are sufficient for your AIIMS preparation. One thing keep in mind that reading too much of book will not help you but reading a few book thoroughly will definitely help

Physical chemistry- op tandon and P bahadur.

As per your requirement, i would say that no, you dont require to do fresh or basic registration again.
The basic registration stays there. Whether you appear for this exam or not, the next time you register for final registration, you can use the same basic registration credentials. So

Dear Pawan, for being eligible for AIIMS MBBS, you should have completed your 10+2 in all subjects and should have scored a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. It is 60% for General Category and OBC and 50% for SC/ST. You should be atleast 17 years
