You can not find AIIMS questions paper anywhere because they are not available. As AIIMS exam is online so you can't take question papers to your home.
But if you really need then they may be present in modules of various coaching centers but they are not complete.

As you have completed your 12th with up board with maths.
Now yes you can go for Neet also as you have completed it with biology as an additional subject.
It's a good choice. Additional subjects are only for the purpose so that you can be multidimensional.
