Dear aspirant, there is no upper age limit for the exam, the eligibility is required but which is minimum 50% marks for ur category in 12th boards or equivalent from a recogonized university with biology, physics and chemistry as main subjects.

Dear Shrikant, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, AIIMS doesnt release results in the form of marks. AIIMS MBBS results are declared in the form of percentiles. In 2019, the cut offs have been as follows:
General Category: 98.124
General Category/PWD: 95.293
OBC-NCL: 95.293
OBC-NCL/PWD: 90.203
SC,ST: 90.203
SC,ST/PWD: 82.282

I didnt secure 50% in my 12th board exams, but I still want to give neet or aiims etc. Is there anyway to become eligible to sit in the exam? Can I take admission in Bsc and secure good marks in the furst year of it and then give the exam? Will this make me eligible to sit in aiims mbbs exam?
