there are no scholarship systems in government medical colleges here.already the colleges charge very nominal amount for study throughout the course of study which is payable . so there are no scholarships as you get to study almost free of cost .
As per your question, i would say that it totally depends from college to another college.
There are many college under neet so it's basically more or less the same fees though few might be slightly higher. Coming to aiims, it has the same fees which is totally less

yes,if you dont get your seat upgraded then you get the seat that was initiially allotted to you. so in this case you get the seat of round 2.

In may 2017 rank 32…that year neuro mch seat finished at 25 approx…
may 2018 last mch neuro seat went upto 54 rank….there were 3 seats….
But to be in safe side you must have a rank under 20 or may be under 10.
