Going as per cutoff ranks of previous years, the closing rank for general category in 2018 was 459(AIIMS Jodhour) and in the year 2017, closing rank was 753(AIIMS Jodhpur).

So you have little chances of getting a seat in AIIMS Jodhpur in upcoming rounds of counselling.

Yes ncert, aiims explorer and ntg 25 years are best for the aiims and neet entrance exam preparation. 

You just have to read ncert books with understanding word to word meanings. And then you have to solve physics and chemistry mcqs  on daily basis.
