One more thing if the date of registraion has been exceeded then also you cannot go for the registration. After the date you cannot apply. So kindly check for your state that the registrations are still going on or not.
Hello Purva, You can but there won't be any benefit in that. Because you won't be getting a seat in any of the AIIMS at this percentile. You need to score at least 98-99 percentile in order to secure a seat. You might want to go for private medical colleges
