As you are saying 2 lakh students appeared in aiims 2019, I dont find this information to be correct.A total of 3,38,457 candidates were qualified this year in which 1,57,488 were males and 1,80,934 were females and 35 were from third gender.

AIIMS MBBS 2018 qualifying cutoff percentage and percentile is as follows:
General/UR- 50%, 98.8334496 OBC (NCL)- 45%, 97.0117712 SC/ST- 40%, 93.6505421
AIIMS MBBS 2019 qualifying percentage and percentile is as follows-
General (Gen)- 50%, 98.1246748 Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Non-Creamy Layer)- 45%, 95.2939507 Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST)- 40%, 90.2036135
I'm sorry but you cannot get a seat at AIIMS with this score. The cut off of AIIMS MBBS 2019 is the minimum required percentage which needs to be scored in order to qualify for the exam.

If you consider last year cutoffs then the closing rank was around 296 (Obc category rank) in first round. So, it won't differ much in second round. With your rank chances are pretty less.
