Sorry but it is not possible at all to get a seat in any of the AIIMS with 65 percentile as the cutoff goes very high and seats are much less. Students even with 80-90 percentile are not able to get seat due to the low selection ratio.

If you belong to UR category then the chances are nil for any AIIMS at this AIR. However, for OBC you may get AIIMS Nagpur and AIIMS Guntur/Mangalagiri as in 2018, their cut off AIR was 2168 and 2212 respectively.
