First of all don't worry. If you are a beginner, you can start studying with NCERT books. If you understand all the concepts in it then go for other best books. The list of best books for all the subjects are given in the link, go through it.

AIIMS Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Raipur, Patna, Bhubaneswar and Bhopal are the AIIMS that you can get into with this rank. AIIMS Jodhpur is one of the best AIIMS centres that you can get into.
