Your rank is not bad but it will not be enough to secure a seat in the CSE branch in the Top 15 Engineering college that provides admission through COMEDK examination.

In both NEET and AIIMS exam after releasing the score they call you for counselling. During that time if you apply for counselling you have to mention about your sports quota. So for sports quota they allot separate seat.surely you will get sports quota.
