The cut-off rank for AIIMS is different every year, however there is a minimum percentage that makes one eligible for admission in it.
Since you belong to the OBC category, you should have a minimum of 45%, that is, 90 marks out of 200 to become eligible.

There is no calculator allowed in the NEET exam.You just can't use anything except the pen/pencil provided by the CBSE. As in case of the AIIMS you find an on-screen calculator there and can perform simple calculations therefore. Calculators are strictly not allowed in JEE exams also.so if

For pwd under general category cutoff is 99.58 and pwd under sc category cutoff is 97.46. Depending upon the category it varies for everyone.

According to the results after 1st and 2nd round of counselling in AIIMS MBBS 2018, AIR 5455 (SC‐113) and AIR 10471 (SC‐203) were the last rank for AIIMS Rishikesh in respective rounds.
And for this year, the AIR 6947 (SC-109) is the last rank for the same AIIMS
