• OBC - 1516
• SC - 8657

Atleast your rank should be under 1000 being general candidate to get into aiims

as the offical site the https://www.aiimsexams.org/ has mentioned in the scrolls it has given the eligible candidates for the 19 counceiling where as you might be eligible so you are not under the list go through site again as i have given in the above

You can't do anything regarding the appearance of your name in the AIIMS merit list. The merit list has been prepared by AIIMS after calculating and considering marks of all the students who appeared for the examination. If your name is not appearing in the  first merit list,

I'm sorry but you cannot get a seat at AIIMS New Delhi with this score. The cut off of AIIMS MBBS 2019 is the minimum required percentage which needs to be scored in order to qualify for the exam.
