I don't know the official cutoff for 2019 exam, to get admission in AIIMS Delhi. But I can give the cutoff for 2018 exam. For current passing marks you have to wait for some days to officially come.

Cutoff for 2018 is as follows,

Go to official page of AIIMS where they will ask you to fill your registration ID, password  and RUC. Before that dialog box there will be a text proceed for basic registration form. Click on that. You will be directed to a page where they will just ask

The percentile score corresponding to the qualifying percentage will be calculated considering factors like difficulty level of the question paper, the number of candidates taking the exam in each shift, etc.

Through percentile,  the cutoff is determined in aiims.

99.4468163 opening percentile 

98.4429374 closing percentile for aiims Delhi. 

Ranking wise,

There is no difference of cutoff marks associated with shifts for aiims examination. 

However,  as the two sets of question are different,  there is a normalization procedure on which the performance is marked of students .

Hence a single list is prepared 

Well I would suggest you to go for Aiims Rapiur as it is one of the best college when aiims in considered keeping facilities, infrastructure, faculty everything in mind.. Well if you still want aiims rishikesh I guess you will get it if you have got aiims raipur as rank

If you are getting both colleges then you should obviously go for aiims college. After all name of the college matters. Aiims has limited seats around 1207. And new aiims are establishing because old ones have worked soo much good. 

And in aiims the semester fees is also less
