As for AIIMS Delhi , you’ll need 130+ marks .
110–115 you can get any AIIMS ,except for AIIMS Delhi.

There is no calculator allowed in the NEET exam.You just can't use anything except the pen/pencil provided by the CBSE. As in case of the AIIMS you find an on-screen calculator there and can perform simple calculations therefore. Calculators are strictly not allowed in JEE exams also.so if
